every time i restart my phone and it loads to the main screen, the little black clock in the middle keeps coming on and off like it's trying to load something for at least 10 minutes, slowing my phone down tremendously. anyone know how to fix this? i even wiped my phone and downgraded to the official .231 release from tmobile.
