    I am about to try this hoping to fix freezing issues related to deleting multiple emails. Also, my Tour freezes for about 15-30 sec when a new message comes in.

    Anybody experiencing the above symptoms reload the OS? Did it help?

    I've had the same problem, and it's not just the email. It freezes whenever I choose just about any app

    dont know a fix. my storm did this a lot until they upgraded the OS
