I'm having 2 issues with my voicemail on my tour. First, like some of you, I have to click "Resync Mailbox" to get the visual voicemail on my phone. It wont do it automatically. 2nd, after I check the voicemail and delete the message, the voice mail notification icon (looks like "o_o") still shows and wont go away. There's no voicemail messages saved on the phone or the actual voicemail when I call in, but the icon still shows.. I've tried battery pull...etc. any fix for this?
Very annoying..worked perfect on the storm. Wiping phone for the second time. Only way we(vzw and myself) found to reset indicator count..will not install vis voice mail this time. Want to see if reg voice mail works.
