I had my Tour for about a day and I did a search on this with no luck. What happened to the "little D" in the message box stating the message was delivered?

For me I (Curve 8330) I only get confirmation of an SMS message if I send the message to another Verizon user.

Make sure this option is set to 'YES'
Mine was set to 'NO' by default

along with what the previous poster stated I have heard that verizon is removing this is a feature on the network all together..

they were going to do this last year.. but decided against it...

Yes the D was stopped for like a week and out cry was great they brought it back

I guess it is also a matter of what OS you are running. I am running the latest OS from VZW which is 5.0.0.732 and my options under the same you posted are either "ON" or "OFF" and I have mine set to "ON".

Just thought I would throw that in in case others see something different instead of YES or NO.
