I can right after a battery pull, but other times I get an error. I though it was something with berrybuzz, but the more I read it seems to be a bug in the OS

I don't feel like searching through a thousand pages of useless problems to find out if anyone found a fix for this.

I try clicking Set Ring Tones/Alerts nothing.... I even go to Options->Ring Tones/Alerts and still nothing. I cant access it at all i click on it and nothing comes up.

Anyone??

I don't know if the issue is related but since I updated to 151 none of my custom ringers play. Could be a bad install or bug in the OS.
