    I activated my phone, then went to BIS to change device to my new tour from my Storm, but when I type in my pin and MEID, it says "information not valid for this provider." Any help?

    make sure you are typing "0" (zeroes) and not "O" (letter o)

    Ran into this same issue.

    Set up your email via the "Email Setup" wizard and it will convert everything to your Tour. The new interface makes it very easy and quick to do.

    I ran into this as well. After a few attempts at registering via the web, I pulled my battery and when I logged back in to BIS my Tour was registered.
