I activated my phone, then went to BIS to change device to my new tour from my Storm, but when I type in my pin and MEID, it says "information not valid for this provider." Any help?

Ran into this same issue.
Set up your email via the "Email Setup" wizard and it will convert everything to your Tour. The new interface makes it very easy and quick to do.
