-the date & time you "first" ordered, AM or PM
-if you ordered on the web or through telesales
-what your current order status is (on both tracking numbers if possible)
-and oh, please disclose the city you're living in if you choose.

Oh, and I just chatted with Sprint and got some strange answer that the reason why my order is shipping after some people who ordered later is because it still may be being processed because it takes longer for some people depending on the customer or the team doing the processing, and that they need the actual device to finish processing (which I then pointed out that the person just told me they had them in stock, and she went back to saying that it may be processing or something) but they might have moved it to backorder because it is still processing...? Then the person checked my account and said that it said it was in processing. I immediately checked again, and it said in progress. Either progress = process, she misread it, or sprint lied...?

One possibly honest and helpful thing that I was told is that it most likely will not ship in the next 12 or so hours...

Received order number from agent and through e-mail.

Order number (different from what given by agent and e-mail) under Order History showed cancelled.

Order number from e-mail first claimed it needed manual processing, then being processed at warehouse, and it now shows shipped.

Shipped Next Day Saver UPS, should be getting it tomorrow.

ordered the 1st time 12:30 a.m. EST 7/12 via telesales. rep took over one hour to complete order, i never got an order #. the next day, no email, so i called to find out what happened. they couldn't find my order.

Ordered 2nd time 4:00 pm EST 7/12. Currently tracking a shipment due to arrive tomorrow via UPS next day air.

weird i am in hemet and i ordered mine about the same time as you. BUT i ordered mine online... it should be here this afternoon. i have 2 coming because they screwed up if you want to drive down and sprint AGREE'S you can come get the other one.

Placed order via website on Sunday 07/12 around 6pm Arizona time

First order was placed on "manual processing" then backordered while being cancelled at the same time. I received confirmation email regarding this order at the time I placed the order.

Second order placed by Sprint without my knowledge on 07/13 which says it is processing (while the first cancelled order was backordered).

Today 07/14 First order status is still cancelled and if you check on it instead of being cancelled it is now blank. The status and everything has been cleared out. Second order is still processing...

Any ideas on when the tracking number is coming? Just wondering.

*Update* After writing this, I jumped on the phone and called Sprint. Talked to a representative who informed me that my phone was on "hold" because they were out of stock with this phone. She informed me that they receive shipments every day for this phone and to keep checking.

I have been pretty patient about all of this but there is one concern that I do have is that people who order after others are getting their phones or at least tracking numbers. I can understand that people would be upset about this.
