Has anyone got Beyond 411 working with the GPS on Verizon? I have other GPS enabled stuff working fine...google, Poynt, etc. It just says Locating... and then comes back and tells me there isn't a GPS signal (when I know there is).

Beyond 411 always had weird gps that never worked right. Poynt is way better anyway

What is better about Poynt? A storm user I know showed me it and it looked like there was way too much going on versus the simple, clean design of Beyond 411. Maybe I just hadn't used it yet.

I like Beyond411 too. Its a simple, lightning fast interface for just about everything I need. The only issue is that some of the plugins just don't work. For example I tried to use the FEDEX plugin, and it didn't work.

    Try Poynt.
    You might like it better.

I have a buddy who LOVED Berry 411, I wonder if I can turn him on to Poynt...

The issue with poynt is you can't do flight tracking and other travel stuff all from the same interface. Am I missing something?

use both if you want to be 100% covered. paynt uses superpages and it covers some areas good...some areas not so good.

I use both on the Storm.

Poynt has a better and cleaner interface but B411 does a better search it uses uses Superpages, Whitepages and Google while Poynt only uses Superpages. B411 also saves searches and provides suggestions based on first letter.

I came to the same conclusion. Use both.
