    Help!!!! I'm 10000 miles away from home and won't be back home/office for another month.

    Tonight I noticed that the camera flash on my Bold is stuck in the On position. I have set both camera and video's flash to "off". Battery pulls and soft reset did not fix the the problem. If I switch off the phone using the Red power buoon the light stays on.

    My carrier tech support suggested a OS reload but alas I don't have my laptop with me.

    I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

    I don't want to sound dumb, but you are saving the changes when you exit the camera settings, right?

    Yeap!

    As I wrote in my post, battery pulls and soft reset don't work.
