    I have been a blackberry user for 2 years and recently updated to the storm. I sync with Blackberry Desktop Manager to Outlook. Outlook is set to sync all appointments and the Storm is set to keep appointments forever and yet, the sync intermittently generates a message saying that a large number of appointments have been deleted from the Storm and now will be deleted from Outlook. I need to be able to do 2 way syncing and I need to be able to maintain all appointments on both devices.

    I am running Outlook v11.0.8217.0 on a Windows xp system. Can you help me?

    We have the same issue with two Storms in our office. And we haven't been able to find any solutions.

    This was not a problem when I had an 8830. It is a HUGE problem as it corrupts my office scheduling software. Does anyone know if it is a current problem with Blackberry and RIM in general or just with the Storm. In other words, if I ditch the storm and go to the Curve, will I still have this problem?
