Placed an order. It took about 30 minutes to complete.

Process:
Enter site and view black berrry devices

Select upgrade link

Follow through process (this took the longest)

Look for confirmation email on blackberry.

Still think verizon dropped the ball on this one. Do I get a discount for a 30 minute transaction that should take 3 minutes?
