    ive been using YouMail for a few months on my Storm. works great since the new OS update. but the other day i got an alert to tell me i have a voice mail... on my verizon vm account. now i have a voice mail icon at the top of my screen that wont go away. anyone know how it got there or how to check it?

    I have noticed this also you just have to check it like you would originally do with Verizon *86. That has worked for me a couple have snuck passed you mail. Hope this helps.

    you have to deactivate the call forwarding (*73 send) and remove the message. After that you have to reactivate the forwarding, I cant remember the number but it is on the Youmail website.

    I think this is due to someone calling while another previous caller is still leaving you a voicemail message. For some reason either youmail or the verizon voicemail forward "*73" cannot process more than 1 caller at a time and defaults to the verizon voicemail system.
