I went from .75 official to .148 official and when I receive a message (SMS or BBM, etc.) I don't get the audible alert sound I set. I have to either keep checking the phone or look to see if the LED is blinking red. This is becoming really annoying. And yes I created a custom profile and set everything.

I would think that after all these months they would have taken care of this glitch in .148.

Does anyone know of a fix?

I would wipe and reinstall. I've had a similar problem before and that fixed it. Make sure to backup everything. Including 3rd party apps.

I have .148 no problems get the tone for my messages try reinstall still no luck call tech support jump through their hoops and either it will be fix or you'll be sent a new or like new phone
