    I downloaded a trial of this, but it's not working. When I attempt a backup, I get the following message "Error: null". Anybody got any thoughts on this?

    No idea. I use DM to perform my backups, simple, easy, and set to automatically do a backup once a week.

    Why not use DM are you a Mac user? I use DM and backup data and third party apps about every two weeks with not problems.

    I had the similar problem, just get out of the app and reenter again, it should be solved. Mine was more like no sd card and storm not being stable.
