I'm caught so to say, in the middle with either choosing Ubertwitter or tweetgenius. Can someone givesome feedback on the pros and cons of each. Also on how to download either one of them, Thanks!

I use Tweetgenius and I have to say it's a very nice app.

Out of those two, I would say Tweet Genius. I am not a huge fan of the app, but that is just because I love Social Scope.

any twitter user will like tweet genius. its much easier to navigate and much easier to use. plus added features like gps and twitpic support are great.

I have both and for now I like UberTwitter better. You have more options (ie Trending Topics) and it updates more reliably. I like Tweet Genius, it has a nice interface but can't do as many things with it and updates aren't always reliable (I'm on BIS). I'm keeping my eye on it to see what changes they make in future versions, but I don't use it regularly.

The latest update of UberTwitter has google maps integration and I like the way pic links download automatically. But this is just my opinion and I'm definitely not a Twitter expert!

But for those saying how much better Social Scope is, I say its rather hard for many of us to say since we haven't had and can't get a look at it...

How can you expect people to use social scope when its closed beta? I've emailed them several times and not one email reply yet...

At least UT has open beta and actually informs people about improvements, updates, etc.

UT is the best by far. And its free. Even if it doesn't stay free.. rumor is a free version will stay available. It owns SocialScope. Runs smooth on my storm, great features. They are coming out with lots of innovations also for tweet aps. SS is a memory HOG. I would never pay for TG while there are free apps on the market either, so I can't compare that one.

Tweetgenius looks good. I want a free trial at least and for them to accept paypal. I would buy but no paypal.. Boo.

Hi,
i also have both (Ubertwitter 0.78; Tweetgenius 1.08) but still prefer Ubertwitter.
Since the update to 0.78 the battery drain is much better and i prefer the interface of UT; and of course till now it is FREE ;-)

i prefer tweet genius, but like the new beta of ut as well. option wise ut has tg beat, but you can't go wrong with the lil poof! haha.

I have been using �bertwitter since I got my BB about a month ago. Curiosity got the better of me so I brought TweetGenius while it was still on sale. IMO TweetGenius looks much nicer but that is all that it has over UT �bertwitter has many many more features one example being that if I try and look at someones timeline TG opens up UT. UT all the way IMO ill only switch if TG gets some of the features of UT
