hi
since a few days i uninstalled a program in my BB bold and all profiles reset the sounds and going to normal tones not my tones !!
and now every time i remove any program my profiles go to reset all sounds

i want help plz
how to make my profiles in mood without change ?

I would say you might have removed a key software program. Back everything up to the desktop program and try reseting the phone

is there any problems with having the ringtones on the SD card?

Only problem having the ringtones on your SD card in my experience has been that everytime I would update my OS, all of my profiles would be reset. When I started saving my ringtones on my berry's memory, my profiles would be maintained through the upgrade process.
