Can I Add the bb data package on a "add a line for $9.99" or do I need to get a regular cell package first and then add the bb data? Thanks for your help in advance

Yes you can add a line for 9.99 and then add the data package to that. That is if you already have a cell plan on VZW.

I am asking for my gf she is with AT&T and she has the "asdd a a line for $9.99." and i was wondering if she could add the BB Data package to her line. I think that may make more sense...i hope

You can, but she will subject to credit approval and a possible deposit for a new line.

If approved, no deposit, if deposit is needed, deposits can range from $150 - $700.
