    I am trying to replace my storm through Blackberry Tech support. It is currently non active on a VZW line, but it does not seem to charge well. So I am attempting to call Blackberry but cannot get a hold of them. Has anyone had experience with this, or the best way to go about contacting them?

    I doubt they'd take requests directly. You'd need to go through VZN

    Roger that, you will need to go to VZW to get your replacement as painful as it may be.

    Verizon customer service has been very good for me in the past. It's not so bad... they correct the problem right over the phone most of time.
