I have a new Storm (had to get a replacement) and I cant get the OTA update for .148. Any suggestions on how to fix or what could be wrong? I am going to resend service books and see if that works.

It probably would be just as easy for you to download DM and do it from your computer. Also you can back up as well too, please take a look at the Info Help sticky on the top of the OS page and enjoy your new Storm.
