Like many of you, I purchased DynoStorm the day it was released. A couple of days ago they released an updated verison on App World. When trying to do the upgrade I get an error

"BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server."

I can download/install other Apps so I have a connection, have tried multiple reboots battery pulls and also reinstalled App World. Any other ideas?

Just tried it and got the same error message.

Here's what to do.
1. Go here and download the update Upgrade � BunsenTech, LLC

2. Next extract the items to a location you will be able to find.

3. Connect your phone.
3a. (Optional) Backup your phone and application data.

4. Open up the application loader (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader)

5. Click add toward the top of the loader window.

6. Select your dynostorm.alx file that you extracted earlier.

7. Click next at the bottom to update.

Do yall have 2 DynoStorm slots show up in application list?

???

Just making sure its supposed to show both and not just overwrite the other like most do...

I have two like yourself as well.
But appworld still sees a later version installed..
(I upgraded from their website over desktop manager)

Thats what i did also.. Got it From Bunsens web site.. I cant belive that its so much trouble just to get an update!

Appworld does the upgrade correctly now.

just tried app world i got a server error...

Tried upgrading from App World, didn't work (who could've anticipated that?).

Had to do it via DM and the Bunsen webpage.

after multiple attempts both ways i found that if you log into app world then download it works fine.
