Apparently I can't update OTA because I'm running a leak and I tried to update using DM but it says I need to contact my administrator? I don't have an administrator.
Are you going through the BlackBerry website, and clicking on the Check for Upgrades button? If so, leave the app loader window open that is giving you the error message, and click on the Check for Upgrades button again. When the second app loader window opens, it should start. A lot of people (including me) have had this problem, and that solved it.
leave that window open and click again on the check for update button on the bb site. there are lots of people that have had this happen (me included) and this fixed it, and allowed it to update.
I'm having so much trouble updating. Now when I'm about to install it tells me that it can't find the F drive. I'm even trying this on 2 different computers and it's being a huge pain in the ***.
