June 6th my life takes another path....PALM PRE I love Blackberry but having limits on memory for apps is becoming an issue. I hope the PRE lives up to expectations, being a Sprint customer has it's limits with Berry and PRE seems like a whole new world. So I walk away saying "too infinity and beyond !"

Not everyone comes back to the Blackberry.. I know I wont use a Blackberry as my main device probably ever again, or at least until RIM can fix the OS, code OpenGL accel, fix memory leaks, stop leaking betas every other day and make 1-2 steady OS releases a year.. etc.

It just takes TOO much effort to get your BB working correctly. =/

you don't HAVE to install all the lastest OS's

RIM doesn't officially release that many OS upgrades every year

and if you look at other softwares, you can get nightly builds of MANY major softwares for computers, why not have the fun with the phones if you want it.

Yes I have drank the kool-aid. Since I got our company to launch BB and don't see my self going back. Like above just go and let if know when you come back. We will help you get back into year kool-kids club.

I am in the process of evaluating the iPhone (new one coming out in a couple of months) and Blackberry, and also the Pre, so would love to get your thoughts back on this forum. I have an antique smart phone that has done everything most of the new ones do up till the latest iPhone. It will soon be time to upgrade so any information would be great.

we are technology nut cakes on this site.. dont leave we will probably enjoy hearing your experiences with the pre.

I am sure Kevin will probably also open a forum up eventually if the talk gets big enough just like there is a iPhone forum here.
