last night i upgraded my bb 8900 to version .293 and this morning i turn it of to put a sim card on it and after i turn it on it gives me error 523.

I have the T-Mobile official software installed and I'm trying to re install the OS on the Phone any help will be much appreciated

my problem is when i plug in the phone using AppLoader, the LED turn on and it show PIN UNKNOWN but when i hit next the LED turns of and nothing happens from there

Try wiping with crackmem or JL_commander

the JL_commander tries as well to connect to the phone but nothing

i have no idea why this happens, i update my other blackberry storm when a new OS comes out, and this phone is for my girlfriend and the only thing i was able to download was facebook an the next morning this happens

OH and yes, the phone when i turned it on this morning worked just fine, later on the day is when it all happend

currently i am:
#1 Deleting my version of DM and installing the one that came on the CD.
#2 Just downloaded again the Official OS from T-Mobile
#3 Installing the DM from CD
#4 Installing The OS
#5 Crossing my finger and hopping this time will work

if that doesn't work here is a way to force the os install. first you need to connect your bb to dm. when it says pin and says unknown click connect after that pull the battery then wait about 2 seconds and put the battery back in. once you do that it should force the os to install. gl

ok guys i have two options:

#1 - Busting my *** trying to fix the Phone

#2 - I have received and email of the guy who sold me the phone to make a refund

Which one should i pick?

Option A - Try to fix it my self
Option B - send it back for my money and buy a new one

I prefer B but let me know what you guys think

Ok the phone is out of 523 XD, but is on 507 but i am having a lot of trouble loading the os

ok now the process dies when it tries to load the Sytem Image
