So, I was being dumb and I went into the file system thru explore and decided to rename "Device Memory" to "BBdrive"... Once I renamed it, it disappeared and I cant find it now...

When I go to save a picture from the camera I get a File error now.

anyone know how I can fix this??

I have BB curve 8310 and I use Pocketmac to sync my contacts and notes.

any help would be appreciated.

Well what you would need to do is to open the camera application as if you were going to take a photo. Press the [Menu] button and go to Options. Now for your particular model, I'm not sure what it looks like exactly, but somewhere on the screen it should say "Store Pictures". You have to redirect the camera to the folder you want your photos to be saved to. Being that you renamed it, the camera thinks its going to a folder that no longer exists. Once you change the directory, your problems should be over. Let me know how it goes and if you need more direction.
