I have an unlocked blackberry bold (rogers) and I am currently using it on t-mobile usa. All the features work except for the 3g. I live in Las Vegas where I know there is 3g coverage but I do not know how to get the 3g working. I've searched all over but can't figure it out. If anyone can give me a hand it would be greatly appreciated

The radio band that Tmo uses for 3G is one that the bold doesn't use so it won't work.

Tmo - 1700mhz
Bold - 850,1900,2100mh

This has been discussed many times on the forum
It is the most 'distressed' issue for newbies

ATT = 3G
TM = EDGE
that's it!
nothing anyone can do about it

TM uses different frequencies for 3G
that are not capable on the Bold
therefore only EDGE
