You have to push the blackberry button and hold it until menu pops up. Make sure your applications are closed

It comes with the territory man. You can either deal with the idiosyncracies of the lacking OS or upgrade to a leaked version.

If you don't feel comfy loading a leaked OS try using lyricidal's Shrink-A-OS program to remove unwanted/unused programs.

Ask someone at Verizon Wireless to reset your Storm.
The Lady at VZW had reset my Storm so it is doing better...

    leaked version ??
there have been a number of "leaked" or unofficial versions of updated OS's, and also some hybrid versions that incorporate parts of different leaked OS's.

    I haven't tried all of them, but I have tried .86, .90, .103, .109, .113, .122, .132, .141, BBC hybrid v1, v2, v3, v3.5, and v4. v5 is being released tonight or tomorrow.

these phones don't all react the same way to the different OS's, so you have to try them to see if they work for you. but it's not that hard to upgrade or downgrade the OS.

Or, you can try what others have suggested here and wait for an official update release from Verizon.
