I would just like to say how amazing all the Storm users are.

1) I love how everyone defends the Storm when someone tries to put it down in it's own forum. (If you don't like it, don't read about it)

2) How everyone will fire back when someone says they are switching to a different phone because they didn't know it would have any issues, which PS, if you looked at the Storm forum before you purchased, you would have known what you were getting in to and made an educated decision

3) How helpful everyone is when someone has an issue

4) I always have fellow addicts to talk to at any moment of the day

A lack of effort to learn a device on the owners part is what makes people return phones period. It doesnt matter if its a storm or a curve, if the owner doesnt put time and effort in to learning the device the community can do nothing about it. But yeah Storm + CrackBerry > Just owning a storm.
