Hi,

I've got a BB Bold and have a problem with the speaker... The thing is that the phone speaker works fantasticly (such as when making a call) but when I put it onto speakerphone, try to play music or am supposed to hear my ringtone nothing plays... For example, if I were to play a piece of music or watch a video, the media would play and I can hear it through headphones, but the speaker won't play anything... I have pulled the battery many times, my phone hasn't been wet or dropped at all either... Please help thanks.

Stupid question.... You don't have a BT headset active when you're doing this do you?

Or press the speakerphone key. (The one with the $ sign).

or if all that doesnt work, take the phone back and get it exchanged if you've got it for less than 30 days. or do a warranty swap if ur passed the 30 day period
