Found them at Download Ringtones, Themes, Wallpapers, Videos and Games for your Cell Phone | Zedge - Free Your Phone!

You first have to select the blackberry model you have and then you will see thousands of wallpapers sized for your model.....it's a great site...and so is this site's wallpapers....but with zedge you can actually type in what you are looking for....so that's cool !
