I love my storm but when I want to video it freezes before even a minute. The time counter keeps going but the screen totally locks up. And it isn't just mine because my hubby's did it too ( i did a test on his_)

And this has happened since I got our phones over a month ago.

My OS is v4.7.0.75 I wouldn't even begin to know how to upgrade the OS - I have not even downloaded any addition apps. Afraid to mess it up you know?

when you say video do u mean a youtube video or a video on ur SD card that you are trying to watch on the media player?

Just upgrade to a new OS. It's super easy and you won't mess up your BB if you do everything right. This happened to me on .75 and man was it annoying.
