Did any of you guys order your AT&T phone online? How long did it take to get to you after you ordered?

It took a very painful 7 days! I called several times because I wasn't getting updates fast enough. Good thing I did too because they almost cancelled my order due to some number porting problem. Once that was cleared up, all went well and I would order online from them again

Yeah? I'm wondering because I placed an order yesterday for the 8310 and the order status page still says "pending" on it. Verizon had a phone to me in 2 days.

4 new blackberries ordered in the last 7 months. Placed order, paid for overnight or got the 2 day free shipping, order status still read "pending" on all of them as Fed-ex was knocking on my door.

In other words, AT&T sucks at updating their order status site.

Didn't take long. As soon as they gave me the tracking number for FedEx I used that instead.

I was out in Wichita last October on a business trip when I ordered mine. They had it there in 3 days, no glitches at all, couldn't be happier.

I've upgraded phones online for 4+ years on AT&T (cingular) on 4 family lines. Never a problem - 3 days or less.

Whenever I upgrade, I usually take the advertised price on AT&Ts website into a store and ask if they can match it. They always have, so I don't have to wait for shipping.

Agree with you completely. My BB showed as being shipped. My dh's was still showing as processing. I swear dh was going to have an anxiety attack waiting. When the FedEx guy showed up with 2 packages, I just because of AT&T.

Other phones, but they weren't berries. With 2day, it should be more than 3-4.

Also another tidbit that a lot of people are unaware of... The shipping, 2day or overnight starts from when Fedex receives the package. If AT&T takes four days to process and you get your BB on the 5th day, that's considered overnight.

I know, i already have one, but one of my lines was eligible for an upgrade, so i just ordered a refurb Crimson Curve for 49.99. Cant beat that price!

The usual time I've always heard from the rep is 7-10 working days. I've only had one that took 6 days. I received the phones in 2 - 3 days.
