When I view You Tube videos on my Curve, the video is only about half the size of my screen. Is there any way to get the videos to take up the full screen?
There is no way to make the youtube videos full screen.
It's a limitation on the youtube mobile side, not the blackberry.

Wrong, I'm a web designer, and it has nothing to do with it whatsoever. Its the way the Blackberry renders it. Someone can make a modification to the OS, though, if they had the technical knowledge. I mean, if you can see the youtube video on your computer as is, it isn't youtube, its the device your using.
Add me to the list as well, it is possible due to other smart phones able to show it full screen, like the previous posts I'm pretty sure that it has something to do with the scripting by blackberry

The blackberry doesnt compress the video. Its youtubes end, they are sending a low quality video. Yes RIM could update the media player to stretch the video full screen, but then it would look worse. Ultimately youtube needs to improve the quality of their stream for BBs.
Youtube plays full screen on the tour with no problem, so its not youtube, it's the curve. What I want to know is why? Why can't they fix it on the curve? When did the curve become the ******* stepchild of rim?
