My Storm has been performing very slugglishly and a bit weird the last few days.
I press on something and it takes ages to respond or sometimes i get one screen fading out and the next screen fading in and sticking for a few seconds and on the keyboard in qwerty (still on original .78) some of the letters are bigger than others!
I did a battery pull today to see if that would help matters, also my battery was really low at the time too so I stuck it on the pod to charge and now it wont reboot past the red Vodafone splash screen in either orientation.

I tried charging it a bit longer and doing another battery pull but nada!

Is it dead?

As a Mac user it is not easy to just wipe it and put the operating system on again (can be done but a bit of a PITA)

Does anyone know who has the business insurance with Vodafone would they just swap it out for another or should I start recharging my Curve lol?....
