    let me see if i remember how to fix it:
    Open Slacker in your phone, reset account.... and then when its done close it, hook it up in the computer and go to the drive assigned for your blackberry, and double click on the slacker autorun, it worked for me...

    Yep... glad someone else answered this for you... I figured it out a while back.

    I don't have my device automatically enable Mass Storage mode everytime I connect it to a PC -- just in case I ever have to attach it to someone else's computer -- safer that way.

    Once you answer the prompt, the caching can begin.

    Why won't Slacker update its cache via the BB's wi-fi? Needing to be connected to a computer seems silly.
