My boss just got 8900 for the sales staff.

Never had a blackberry, I stumbled on this place looking for a case.

But I notice that I can't be using the phone to its full capabilties.

any suggestions?

How can I find out how to download themes and upgrades for the OS?

any help would be appreciated thanks.

Themes: this site has a link to a store and several free user themes. Do a forums search where it says search this forum.

New OS, search again or ask aristile. or skullgame they have the link.

The 101 series is a prime place to start. Themes check out the media area. OSes look at the sticky at the top of the 8900 forum or go to beta OSes (make sure to read before doing - SERIOUSLY)
