SO I had to do a hard reset on my phone yesterday, thus losing my applications, specifically StormLock. I went to the website to try to get a new registration key, and none of the customer service links or options work. What do I do?? I cannot get in touch with them...

Visit your account on the crackberry app store they should have record of you buying it and your key.
