NEED HELP...I just got my bold and fax contact not showed on my address book, What can I do? Does it need a software? Thank you.

Well somehow if i go to address book and like to edit one of the contact or create new contact, all the name such as email, work, work 2, home, home 2, etc showed. The only thing that was not show was "FAX." I need to have fax so that I can put fax number as a part of the contact...hope is detail enough.
Found it.. Open DM and choose synchronize, then configure synchronization on the left side, then click synchronization again on the right side. Once the dialog opens highlight address book and click advanced. At the bottom hit the map fields button.
From this dialog box you should be able to move the fax field to line up with something on your BB.

I too have some contacts with a fax field and some that do not. I believe I used DM to syn my phone. However, at the time I may not have had a fax number for a particular contact. Now I do and there is no field on my contact list to add it as a "Fax". Also I noticed that I do not have a "Fax" field if I try to create a new contact on my phone. Anyone have a suggestion?

What happens when you start a new contact from scratch.
I've got the same problem. How do I get the FAX field back? It does show up if a contact already has a fax number entered, but, contacts that did not previously have a fax and new contact does not have the FAX field. Thanks for any help you can offer.
