Over the weekend the gps reciever on my 8900 quit working. The device could not find satellites. I called tmo cs this morning after spending about 15 minutes with tmo cs trying to fix the problem they passed me to bb. Bb worked with me for about 30 minutes ended up downloading os (v4.6.1.114) from tmo site and reinstalling. Then selective restore from backup to get my data back. This was the first time i've needed bb cs in my experence with 5 different bbs over the last 6 years. I'm impressed with their service!

Quick update. GPS failed again about 2 hours after bb/rim fix. Called bb back. Bb/rim decided to replace the 8900. Can't ask for better cs than that!

Yet another example of how awesome t-mo really is. It makes me feel kinda bad for those who have to deal with other companies....
