Has anyone had a problem with their 9530 not charging? On a number of occasions I have had it plugged in all night and it didnt charge up at all. The lightning bolt is their while plugged in but it doesnt charge. I had to pull the battery last time and it worked but now thats not working either.....

Are you using the BB charger or a different charges. A different charge can ruin your phone and/or battery.

Make sure you aren't using the call lock app because that made my phone refuse to charge all the way.

    What firmware on your Storm?

I had a problem show up after updating to a leaked version (.99 I think)...

I javaloader/wiped it, went back to .75 and it was fine. I've since upgraded to .103 and .114 and it seems to be fixed..

You need to let your battery die down to the point where the phone will turn itself off. At that point fully recharge the battery. Afterwards, you shouldn't have any more issues.

I have had this happen a few times also. If I remember its been on .99 .103 and .114. I wish I knew what caused it.

Do as I posted above and you should be okay.

Not to be a **** but how do you know for sure this will solve the problem for good? Reason being if it wont then i will go get a new one immediately.

I had this happen as well once I switched to .109 OS. The 114 Hybrid did not help, and neither did going to the .113 for me. This does not happen all the time, but does probably once a week. Normally I can use my phone for 2 days between charges, but there are times when I will plug it in all night and the status is only at 20% by morning. Each time the phone has done this to me, I do a battery pull and that helps, but for some reason there is a glitch...at least there is in my case.

I had this happen one or two times before i upgraded from .75. Now its happening on a regular basis and the first time i pulled the battery it worked but now it's not.
