I have been looking at these apps for some time now but didnt think I needed them until recently when I lost a call because of "cheek interaction". Do either of thoses apps slow down the phone in terms of starting/answering a call and ending one and getting back to the home screen?
screen lock is my favorite, it's seemless, and looks like it is part of the phone, not a 3rd party app. just shows a small bubble on the screen, locks when the phone makes a call, and to unlock you press one of the hard keys: menu or back. saved me from putting the conversations on speaker or mute =)
I got the ScreenLock App and now I can't turn it off or even remove it. This is a pain as I need into my voicemail and/or to use my speakerphone as well as look for number for someone on the phone.
As of right now I do not suggest ScreenLock unless I am missing how you turn it off.
