    Hey guys,
One of my friends just realised that I have two bbs and was asking why I needed two bbs. I simply told her I use the new one (8900) which is an upgrade my 8300 now just lies around. She suggested I should sell it but I know deep down I dnt want to even though am not using it. It made wonder what bb users do with their old berries as I know most of u have double and tripple berries. So the question what does ur old berry do or what do u do with ur old berry?

I give someone else a chance to adopt it, thru eBay.

I had the same problem - my girlfriend told me to sell it but... I decided to keep it because it was my first berry! And maybe my girlfriend would use it in future (she isn't ready to get addicted for now ;-) )

My wife has my old 8310. If you do not need the money from selling it then I would recommend that you just keep it. You never know when you might have to get your current phone replaced and wait for the replacement device to come in. You will go crazy if that happens in the meantime if you do not have a Blackberry of some kind to fall back on.

I will turn mine over to our local County Police Dept. They send over a box once a month or so to our local woman's shelter.(battery/abuse) ( I know the box goes because my cousin is a Trooper @ that district)
*they will only be able to call 911 on it
*I've been doing this since 2000 * feels good to help

i usually sell them. i had the pearl 8120 for about 2 weeks then i ordered the curve 8900, sold the pearl yesterday and just using my memior for the time being, cant wait to go home and get the 8900 thats sitting at my doorstep in about 2 hours. i always keep a "fancy" phone (BB, memior, behold, etc) and a "****ty" phone (any samsung flip or slide will do) as backups. no sense in holding onto too many phones. i dont beat them up or anything (dont keep them long enough) so theyre fairly easy to get rid of.

Yes, I think I should do the same rather than it lying around and collecting dust!
