Perhaps I'm a complete ***** because I can't seem to create a ringtone from this simplistic app. I can create a starting point, just cannot seem to create an ending point. Is there a way to do this or is the ringtone created from the starting point until the end of the specified duration (i.e. 30 secs)? Please help.

You don't need a program like that. If you have iTunes, you can create ringtones from within the program.

Yeah but you have to pay for those everytime you make one....which is a total ripoff considering you already have purchased the music.

    Get Audacity: Download and
Audacity: How do I download and install the LAME MP3 encoder?

They are free and work well.

Thanks...I already use Audacity. I wanted to try something different. I think Audacity is the way to go!

If you have a converter, convert the mp3 to wma then use your computers recorder to edit it the way you want. Then convert it back to mp3. That's how I do all my ringtones.
