when call my voice mail with my storm, the dial pad do not appears but the normal keyboard appears... but no number is there so i can't go to my voice mail ....

Follow the steps in the following thread to fix the problem.
If you guys don't want to go through all of those steps, you can just remember the corresponding letter for the number and type it in. It works the same.
