    Does anyone really use their 8900 as a mp3 player ? Thats the only reason why I loved the Iphone i had bercause of the Ipod feature ...... If you do how is battery life on it ? Let me know some feedback thx.

    Same topic was covered a few weeks ago. I use it exclusively as my media player. Why carry around more when I have 16gb right here. Battery life is fine for music.

    i use mine as a mp3 player 8 hours a day constantly playing music and i love it and it lasts the whole time also

    I use mine as an MP3 player. It beats shelling out like 2 bucks for an iPod when this phone does what an iPod can do and more lol. I'm perfectly fine using it as my MP3 player.

    I would love to use my bb as a music player but most of my music was downloaded from zune and won't play on bb: ( anyone know a way around this?

    I have a 5gen ipod and I could swear that my BB sounds better. Been testing it with Sennheiser over ear headphones and Bose in ear buds. Great bass on both of them but the Bose sounds better. Been using the BB as my work out mp3 player now.
