HELP!!!!! I turned on the bedside mode last night before going to sleep and now I cannot use my phone. I've tried taking the battery out but that still didn't work. What do I do?
When u hit the back button, u r not getting a "Exit the Bedside Mode?" yes or no window? Or pressing the BB menu button, u r not getting a "Exit Bedside Mode" option?
ok....pull the battery again but leave it out for a minute....I'm checking a couple things but u may need to wipe/reload, hopefully u've done a recent backup of ur phone.
OKay I took it out. I'm new with my storm, not even had it a month yet so I'm pretty sure that I haven't done any backups! What would have caused this to happen?
so the phone is locked up? press and hold bb key see what apps are up and running try closing some to see if maybe the processor is overloaded. might be an issue where you ned to go get professional help
ok, if the long battery pull had no effect....let's try to see if we can disable it using safe mode, pull the battery again & hold down the back button while it powers back up. Then let's see if we can disable bedside mode from "safe mode".
Afterwards, to get out of safe mode, do another battery pull and it will reset to normal.
