    I must be stupid and can't find a proper thread.

    But has anyone replaced their current trackball with a different color, and does it light up the same way it would for a bold etc?

    Just trying to decide if its worth it to buy a yellow trackball

    I was reading both those threads, and none of them stated if the trackball would light up on a 8900.

    I know they light up on the bold because it has a trackball light but because the trackball is black on the 8900 I am unsure.

    oh, sorry. around the the ball there is light, but the actual ball will not light up from what I understand
