so in messages>options>email reconciliation...what is selected?

    Delete On:
    Wireless Reconcile:
    On Conflicts:

I would do 2 things...battery pull and resend the service books.

What statman said! Make sure you select a delete option, i have mine set so save forever, also not enough memory will case the phone to delete messages and call logs

the problem is probably lack of memory. theres a program called MaxMem somewhere linked on here. It helps a good bit.

OK on your phone click on your email icon (or messages). Next click on the blackberry symbol next to the track ball. Scroll down to options and select. Scrioll to Email Reconciliation and select...there you go.
