    No I don't think you can. What you can do is put your contacts into outlook, and then download it into your blackberry.

    You are correct - Backup Assistant does not work with BB phones.

    When my 8830 died, (it would not turn on, Verizon said it was hopeless) I thought everything was gone, after hooking up the dead 8830 and the new storm in the store and the storm had no contacts. As soon as I got back to work and I had my tech guy hook up my BB to the BES network, the storm uploaded everything. Just lost some backgrounds.

    my google sync keeps doubling my contacts and email addresses... plus it crashes more than it syncs.
    I took it off after I got all my email addresses on my curve.
