Reason: i was wrong
So how does one calibrate this thing? There's a Calibrate menu selection but no instructions.
put your storm a level surface, goes for vertical and horizontal individually, then click calibrate and it will calibrate level based on the surface you put it on.

Doesn't seem accurate. Movement resolution seems twitchy. If I calibrate it my counter top and then tilt it some then lay it back down the bubble isn't consistent at returning to the center.

Thank you, BigDaddy, for "put it on a level surface, then click calibrate and it will calibrate level based on the surface you put it on," but if I know the surface I'm using is level, then why do I need this app?
Worth the price for me, glad to see they made enough to be able to offer it for free now.
Storm Level Pro (the non-free leveling app that came out first) is made by Mobigloo. This app is made by Xtreme Labs. So they didn't make enough to offer it for free, this is another company making one for free.
The Level Pro (from the video, I never purchased it) still looks better (visually and has the rulers) so it's not a complete loss if you paid for it. But as long as this works functionally as well, it's all I need and the price I'm willing to pay considering I'd just pull out my actual level for any serious leveling anyway.

LOL once you calibrate it on a level surface, you can use it on a NON-level surface to make it level!
