hey guys,

I did search for this and I cannot find it.

Every time I send an e-mail it sends me another e-mail showing me what I previously sent. I would just like to see my received e-mails in my inbox, not my sent e-mails. Is there a way to turn this off while still allowing sent texts to be shown? I would like to keep my SMS and e-mails combined.

This is a gmail thing. Basically you have to set up a filter in BIS to prevent email from your account from going to the device (From = [email protected]). For more specific directions, I know there is some tutorial on gmail somewhere on the forums. I just don't have them handy at the moment.

Log on to our BIS account....

Open your GMail account in the EDIT mode. Apply a filter like, if FROM field contains your email (own) address, then select the option DO NOT FORWARD TO DEVICE.
